First of all, he is not a kid, he is 19! He is mature enough to know what he is doing. Just because he has a lot of money and he is a professional footballer doesn't mean that he should be excused from justice.

I don't know how it is in other countries, but in France, the coming generations are more and more dumb ... They are immature for so much time (until 23-24 nowadays) and most of them are very arrogant.

There's an educationnal crisis in this country (school, parents), and things only go worse and worse. A guy like Niang is just a typical young French, the problem is he's got money to show his stupidity.

I get the same impression many times Geo, but it might be that I'm just getting older (I'm only 30!!). I'm not saying I was mature at Niang's age, I was very much still a kid in many ways, but I wasn't reckless, which is what it seems many youths today are like.

For professional players, it is very different between Seedorf being 16 and Niang at 19 now. Money is pretty much screwing these kids up, signing bonuses, wages, sponsorships....money money and more money. That's why that ManU kid being a cheap date got so much buzz. But when you think about it, he was really just being any normal 18-19 yrs old kid who is going to Uni and working part-time.
In a society where it pretty much states, if you have money, you are the boss, it is very hard for these kids to be mature, as they don't need to put in the hard work. I think what these kids need is a former pro, not just any pro but someone who was great to give them guidance and watch over them. B/c Niang, Mario, SES, DES, Cristante or whoever might have all the raw talents and potentials in the world at a young age, but if they don't put in the efforts on and off the pitch, they will just be another player instead of a WC player.

The other thing about the new generations is that they really do think they are smarter than anyone due to the internet, as they can pretty much check everything on the internet within secs.
