About Raiola, I'm not his fan by any stretch of the imagination, but he can be useful. He's like a double edged knife.
Anyway, it was inevitable he'd be involved in the Binho negotiations, as he's the player's agent, as he was Ibra's, Van Bommel's and Didac's etc. He wasn't used as an intermediary like Ernesto Bronzetti (another who I'm far from a fan of), he's representing Binho.

I don't think so. Robinho's father acts as an agent for him. That's why I said Raiola was merely an intermediary.

It seems that Nalx is right. I tried to do some random google searching when I typed in "Robinho's agent" and this came up.

Robinho’s agent insists “he has a contract with Milan until 2014 and for now will not return to Brazil” after Santos made a €6m offer.
Santos confirmed yesterday they had made a written proposal to the Rossoneri and hinted there was an agreement of sorts with the player too.
However, it was today reported that the €6m bid was too low, as Milan have set the price-tag at €10m.
“Every day the media invents new destinations, but Robinho has a contract with Milan until 2014 and he intends to respect it,” his agent and father told Lancenet.
“He is happy at Milan and for now will not return to Brazil.”

hmm, I'm sure I've heard Robinho was one of Raiola's clients. Also, Raiola played a part in bringing him to Milan too. Oh well, whatever.
