Robson de Souza (born 25 January 1984 in São Vicente, São Paulo State, Brazil), more commonly known as Robinho.
As many of you know Im a BIG fan of R70 and at times he doesnt finish some of the great chances he gets, know one can say he hasn't changed our style. So many more openings are created because of him.
I hope he will be with us for years to come, And I hope to see more championships with the team we are building.
Great player, his dribbling and running are not only a joy to watch, but also very useful for the team, creating so much space for the strikers and midfielders to exploit. If only his finishing was better...

lol, bumping this thread was probably a good idea, and he generally deserves it given what he's added to the team this year. A player who imo offers a lot within the squad. My only real disappointment with him is his finishing, which is terrible to say the least (though he's scoring record isn't bad).
Robinho has proved me wrong this season. I thought he was a useless signing, having failed at Man City, but what a player he has turned out to be for us. Very useful the say the least, and he's also versatile, he can play pretty much everywhere upfront.

You are correct. He has pissed me off concerning this too. BUT his work rate is amazing even after he misses he is still working his rear off for the team. And the spaces he opens WOW. I hope he stays for years to come..
If we don't win the CL, it's definitely not his fault we dont win it. However, just like how everyone was against him from Day 1, thinking he's lazy and he's a party boy, and he proved everyone wrong, I am sure next season he will prove everyone wrong with goals, I am certain. He never had a bad finish like he has had this year - it will all be better when he feels the love of the fans.
BTW, has anyone noticed that we haven't scored enough goals this season from outside the box? I mean like shots from midfielders or even strikers.. also our free kicks have been abysmal we probably have not even scored one direct free kick.

Seriously if Robinho improves his finishing he can win matches by himself. He can rape every defense who dares to stop him. Immense qualities the lad has.
