After another midweek match we meet the team that as of now, after 5 weeks, has scored only 5 and only allowed 2, and 3 of the 5 scored was in week 1!

They have scored only 2 and 3 of the goals were awarded after Diawara goof up.

But pls keep an eye on 20 year old Matteo Lovato, next Kumbulla.

Scored 2 and conceded 2, this is the kind of teams we need to beat.

you mean 3 of the 5 were "scored" (or awarded) in Week 1.  Icon_lol2 I wonder if any "goalscorers" are assigned to those goals. (probably not)

We do have an Ibrahimovic who would be involved in at least two goals in every Serie A game he played this season. Proud

I hate playing vs teams coached by Ivan Juric. His teams are always physical airing on the side of dirty. Expect a lot of stoppage of play and a lot of fouls. Genoa was the same when he coached them and Verona is a carbon copy. They don't let you play because they stop the game so much. No surprise they have the best defense in the league.

All I expect is a 1-0 rusty win but I love Ivan Juric not as a manger but as someone who has good synchronization with young players. Juric has good rocord for developing players in Verona. Kumbula, Amrabat, Zaccagni, Rrahmani, Pessina just the last season.
Forza Diavolo ale!!!

He's done well as a manager. I just don't like how his teams turn into a bunch of thugs. There is a difference between playing good, physical football. No problem with that. But like I said, his teams walk a really fine line between "clean-physical" and dirty. I've seen that in a couple of his teams now...so it's definitely coming from him. I'm not suggesting he asks his players to be dirty. But he sure as heck demands them get stuck in on every occasion and foul. It goes along with the type of player he was too i guess.

No matches will be easy in this period. The tight schedule make it hard to keep performances up every time. We need to rotate. I will be happy with the three points no matter how, just like against Udinese.

Its time we throw in Rebic, Hauge and Diaz against Verona. This is the most dynamic attack we have and they are capable of taking on tight defences by themselves. Its difficult to play a passing game as these kind of teams that park a bus in front of the goals.
