Just kidding, maybe they are though but all i know is they are both crooked political powerful people and as far as i know putin is richer then half these rich arabs with a predicted net worth of 40-70billion, so really 100mln euros on players would be baby food for him, but then again it would be for berlu too.. IMO the deal is believed to be 180million pounds, if that's the case i wouldn't spend it on players, id build a friggin stadium or buy san siro and make inter pay rent and 30% of their sales profit
