Allegri: "We want 22-23 players + 3 GK's"
Allegri: "If a player will arrive, it will be a midfielder, probably a regista"
Allegri: "Would I swap Ibra for Balotelli or Dzeko? No. Ibrahimovic is the best Striker in the World"
So it's clear. We want to get rid of Strasser, Mesbah, Taiwo, and perhaps loan or sell 1 or 2 more players beyond that. Then, we will either buy or loan a Center Midfielder. Ibra and T.Silva will stay for this summer. No chance we switch Ibra for Dzeko or Balotelli because they're not like for like strikers. You need to replace the "production" of Ibra, which would require 2-3 players (Dzeko, Hernanes, Hamsik).
Very well put.
Here's how I see it...neither thiago silva nor ibra really want to go to PSG because it would be a step down at this stage. The former has been dealt with and is going nowhere, God willing.
The latter probably wants improved terms or a longer contract. Rumours suggest that the meeting between Raiola and Galliani right now could either be about a sale or an adjustment to the contract, if not an increase then a longer one with less salary (amortized).
