I am not sure was it a joke or Wenger being humble, b/c I read somewhere that Wenger admitted using FM as a tool for scouting.
Anyway, used to be a huge fan of FM, but found it annoying after playing on it for about 8 yrs when all the players I know are either retired or became Milan main targets(over 30s, free, and champions). On top of that, no matter how hard I inflated the stats of my main stars, they can never win any Player of the Year award. Lastly, for some reason, Juve will always finish at top 3 despite having a really really bad squad.

I think calling Neymar "a little better than average in Europe" is a little crazier than average. I am with Dev on this one, and feel that discipline and physique are something that Neymar can work on before reaching the peak, but his talent is right there, out of question.
I don't really dream of having him here at Milan though. We have much bigger issues to address. And oddly, I like Pato better than him.

I think Pato and Neymar are two different types of player. Pato, injuries aside, can be a Romario type of striker, although he has only shown us his Michael Owen side. Neymar plays a lot like Messi.
Of all the Brazilians, I like Lucas the most and Dede at the back.
With all the latest rumors of Silva leaving, I really hope he stays or it will be a long long season.
Just sell the club Berlu.

In Milan, he would only fit with Pato, and even that's questionable. The main reason Dzeko failed in City (other than Mancini is asshole) is that he was played as lone striker or with supporting striker behind him.
Cassano is maybe comparable with Grafite, his partner in Wolfsburg where they tore apart all defences in Bundesliga.
No, not at all, Cassano and Grafite are totally opposite.
Grafite is a classic poacher. In Wolfsburg, when Dzeko and Grafite did tore defenses apart, Dzeko played a little behind Grafite. It was like our attack in Ancelotti's days when Shevchenko and Inzaghi played together: Shevchenko was a little behind Inzaghi.
Though his height and the fact that he scores a lot of headers could draw the conclusion that Dzeko is a classic poacher, this is not exactly the case. For the player of his height and his positional characteristics, Dzeko moves quite a lot, as he loves to get to the sides to receive the ball and dribble past defender(s), or to get out of the box and shoot from there. It's a shame Mancini uses him as a poacher, because he can give a lot more when played a little further from the goal.
In fact, Dzeko has a very similar playing style to Shevchenko.
Look at this video:
To conclude, my opinion about Dzeko in Milan: He could be a great partner to Ibrahimovic, but with a proper AM behind them. With the right tactics he would probably be great with Pato too, but in this Milan he simply doesn't fit.
All I see is sell the club Berlu. He's lost his passion because he is not spending. What person in their right mind would buy a product that doesn't make money and invest in it? It would have to be someone with such deep pockets that losing 50 mil a year is a joke to them.

Neither Pato nor Lucas starts in this Brazilian Olympics side, it so appears, at least from the two games (USA, Mexico) even though Lucas is #7 which should be a number for starter. He played some minutes against USA and I thought he didn't impress and even had some amateurish mistakes. Maybe the system doesn't suit him well? I only wish I could tell.
At least Pato scored a nice goal against USA. The second half of Mexico-Brazil is about to start, and I am hoping that Pato could come up and deliver some nice goals. Brazil is trailing 0-2 by the way at the moment. LOL.

Roman Abramovich, sheikh Mensour...but then again, i'm not sure they are in their right mind
Mexico beat Brazil 2-0. Brazil had a lousy game, though the two goals by Mexico were both somewhat lucky, they certainly deserved the victory. Pato showed nothing special in his 30 minutes. I didn't see much of Lucas either. The worst, Silva was off injured. I hope that it is not recurring injury.

"Thiago doesn't have a price. There is no such guarantee for any other players." If he is telling the truth, that is exactly how I want. As long as we keep Silva, I don't mind selling any other players, from Mesbah (50,000) to Ibrahimovic or Pato (30,000,000).

I hope we dont sell pato either.. as long as we don't sell pato and thiago
