Because if you did you'd know that's who he is, he was never the one to think thinghs through, he always reacts impulsive, that is one of the reasons why i dislike him so much. You can't expect that to change at 30.
While Silva is different, much smarter guy.
But basically we agree, they said the same thing, each in his own way.
