Or is it only an indicator of how crap the rest of Milan team are?
MILAN! MILAN! SOLO CON TE!
MILAN! MILAN! SEMPRE PER TE!

What do you guys think about this? If possible, it'd be amazing, imho. Sneijder is a PERFECT fit for trequartista role in Milan: he has movement, he's not lazy to come back, brilliant vision... Imagine, Montolivo regista, Boateng and Nocerino/Strootman on the sides and Sneijder trequartista. Wow.

That would solve multiple problems: Montolivo could play regista without problems because he'd have two runners on his sides, and Sneijder's vision would mean that we could play a REAL striker beside Ibrahimovic, say Pato, or even consider playing another 'static' striker like Dzeko.
Or the fact that Silva is too good for other CBs. Ahahha.
Honestly, if a team wants to compete, you just don't sell your top player. Even when Juve sold ZZ and replaced him with Buffon, Nedved and Thuram, they still have not win CL. Same with ManU losing CR7. Milan losing Kaka. The only team who got away with it was Inter but they pretty much replaced Ibra with 3 WC players(Lucio, Sneijder and Eto) and 2 other starters(Pandev and Milito).
So unless Milan plans to do the same, Silva is not for sell.

Well, I hope we won't get him because I don't really like this player. He is talented for sure, but when something goes bad in his season, he just has a very bad attitude on the pitch ... He is also injury prone (well, not more than some of our current players).

So regarding his talent, why not, but regarding the player himself, I hope we won't try to get him.

PS : I disagree on some points, Sneijder isn't a player who runs that much ...
One should not speak ill of the dead.
So stop laughing at Juventus !

I am pretty sure between Monty and Strootman for the DM role, Strootman is way way better than Monty.

Sneidjer will be great, as he pretty much An improve version of Boateng in the AM role. While a midfield trio of Nocerino, Strootman and Boateng is as formidable as anyone in Europe. Then you still have Muntari, Monty, Ambro and Merkel off the bench.

Yes, but I see Strootman more moving and participating in the box than Monty, as Monty rarely enters the box, if ever. Honestly, I don't see Monty in box-to-box role, as he's pretty static.

Also I don't see Strootman, Nocerino, Boateng midfield, because we need more creativity than those three can give.

But let's wait and see... Until we get a trequartista (IF we are planning this), Boateng is still our trequartista.
From the games I seen Strootman, he is a much better passer than people give him credit for. Now, I am not suggesting he is Pirloique style passes, but his passes are very direct and simple.
While to me, I think Monty will add great depth to Milan, a lot like Ambro over the years in Milan, someone who is part of the starting rotation but not a starter when everyone is healthy.
with sneijder we'll win the champions league why go after ganso or another striker when you have a strong creating midfield ?, if there's something i've learned watching barca your back 4 can be average but if you constantly have movement possesion you can get along, but this is a fantasy like like megan fox as my wife with 4 sons lol

what barca did
no other team can replicate it in many years to come
what we have right now in defense is 1 wc player(silva), 1 good player(abate), 1 almost decent player (nini), and 1 crap (mexes)
i prefer we got 4 very good or good player in each position in defense

and megan fox way to high for a fantasy Grinundwech

Man, do you really and honestly think that Mascherano is a better defender than Mexes?

I myself don't think Mexes is great, his big mistake was a start of our CL exit this year, and if it wasn't for his mistake Barca would hardly scored, as in first game (when Mexes was GREAT imo), but tell me the name of a player we can get for 10-15 M that's better than him?

Mexes is not great defender, but his very good imo, except that big mistake against Barca, he's been very good. I didn't forget his mistake against Fiorentina but it could happen to anyone, T. Silva made more awful mistake against Arsenal.
