I think his experience with small clubs helped us a lot in transfer moves and gaining overall result.
Since he came, we have signed players more effectively, despite remaining cheap
And his way to get the best out of normal players is very good, if not the best of all big team managers.
Of course, it is hard to win CL with this approaching, but we have current standing in the league thank to it.
