Summer mercato 2012
are we becoming dinasours to be extinct?
NOT A HAPPY MILAN FANAngry
Selling Urby now WOULD be a miss and a potential solid midfielder for a few years... He's been with us for one full season now and is finally starting to impress. I think selling him now would be just another bad move by our management. We should sell oldies first...
Nobody wants to buy the oldies. You can only sell what others will buy.

But a guy like Zambro won't leave for these kinds of clubs ... Firstly because I think he will want to stay in Italy, and then, if he goes abroad, he will want to be well paid.

Selling these oldies is a hard task, you actually have to sell them at a very low price because they don't wan to decrease their wages and the clubs wanting them are generally unable to reach their salary demands ...
One should not speak ill of the dead.
So stop laughing at Juventus !
What about selling those oldies to MLS clubs? It's been sort of the retirement home for many former European stars. Pretty much like J-league in the past.

LOL. That's so true though. Okmilan

Well, at least we don't have to renew their contracts when they expire. To our dismay, our management seems fond of it. Cheapest alternative when they can't buy quality young(er) players.

MLS don't pay transfer fees. They'll take players for free but they won't buy anybody.

is he impressing you? Huh IMO he is not more than a bench player and wont ever be good enough to be a starting midfielder.

We have some players that we need to pay another team to buy, I am afraid.
