Well, since there is nothing much to discuss about Milan these days (apart from the transfers and rumors) and the summer is coming, let's talk about where/how are we going to spend our summer holidays.
Personally, off to Greece on Wednesday to the Sonisphere Festival on 17th June and will return home on 25th June. Then to Istanbul from July 10th to 17th for the International Youth Festival where me and my band will play there. After this in Pogradec, a nice and small city here in Albania (also my hometown) with my family.
What are you guys doing this summer?

nice topic matey! well i'm going to Italy to Toscalano Maderno on Lake Garda for ten days then i come back and have a few weeks at home then i'm goiing to London for 5 days with my family, we're all stopping in a 5 star hotel, its so exciting!

Italy is great. Though I have never been there. I'd love to visit it, especially cities like Firenze, Milano, Siena, Rome etc etc with loads of historic places.

My country has a long coastline, so going to the beach is the most normal thing to do. However, I still do not have any real plans. There is a newly founded cave names Son Doong, which has been confirmed as the world largest grotto, but this place will surely be crowded. Driving in the highlands is also exciting, but I've just came back for some months and don't possess a good motorbike.
Do you live near the coastline? It's great. My hometown is based in the coastline of Lake Ohrid. When I used to live there, I would go to the lake nearly every day, never got bored of it.

I live about 100km from the nearest coast. However, my city has many lakes. The city name, Hanoi has the meaning "inside river". Most of the lakes are small, the biggest one has the perimeter of only 18km.
Jogging around a lake is nice (not the 18km one ).

That's relatively far (depending on the infrastructure there). Are those lakes touristic i.e with beaches etc?
I love doing some aerobic exercises when on vacation. When at home, I'm as lazy as it gets.

well, for me, right now, it is just killing time, but in a few weeks, I am going back to China to see my parents and friends.

There are lakes with beaches, but I only like the coast with the smell of salt going through my noses.
