Will never happen though. There's no way Berlu would part with us.

Believe me you don`t want that. During the weekend I have some free time and usually I follow Milan Channel. And now that we don`t have any games they show mostly documentaries from our history, and what a glorious history we have.
We have had rough patches but we have always bounced back and we will always be champions, because of our history, because of our management, because of Baresis,Maldinis, Gullits and Kakas....

Billions of euros have Chelsea and Real poured in the transfer market..and guess who are the most decorated teams of the last decade.. Barcelona, Milan and Manchester...What do all these three clubs have in common. History, prestige and great management.

Even more so that the FFP will take place in 2012, when the club should be self sustainable. Owners money will count for nothing if you do not have a successfully managed club.

Not that I would disagree with you about the management part but to imply that Real is not in the same league as Man U, Barca and Milan is ridiculous. Real Madrid was the club of the century, weren't they? If anything, they are more prestigeous than Barcelona. Hell, Barcelona didn't even win its first champions league until the 1990s whereas Real had already won it five or six times by that time.

I agree with proper management builds good teams, not just money. But the truth is that the money has to be there as well for a management to function well. Look at Arsenal. They are undoubtfully a very well managed team, but they never win a damn thing because there is no money. Pouring in a hundred million every year isn't the best way to run a team, but neither is investing next to nothing like we did between 2006-2009.

I wouldn't really mind getting a new owner for the team. I for one am sick and tired of the mood swing of Berlusconi. Not to mention the scandals this guy has been getting into the last few years. All we need is an owner who has the right plan and the right people working under him to make us successful. Berlusconi had his glory days in the sun and now might be the time to pass on the torch.
There still might be some hope that we could get some money this summer to sign players:

Real madrid also has a rich history but for many years havent won anything, and with the money they spend you'd expect a lot more..

Also, according to milannews i think it was zamparini they interviewed and he said there are 5 clubs on pastore, one of them is italian and he said he'll sell to the italian team 100% and he ruled out it being napoli or juventus.. that leaves us and inter basically who can get him, roma probably have the funds now but they just bought lamela, so i doubt it. Inter are good competition for us because of there argentine history, and players like zanetti, milito, cambiasso on the team.. however then again pastores said he wishes to follow in kakas footsteps, im sure if he ever spoke to kaka kaka would recommend milan over madrid for him imo were kakas team at heart, ganso at lcm, pastore cam? dreaming

I was reffereing strictly to the last decade, where real Real has been somewhat of a joke and nothing more, considering how much they have spent.

One more think on this Real being the club of the century. Did you know that Real Madrid had less titles in Spain than Barca. During the dictatorship of Francisco Franko Real Madrid managed to overcome Barca in Titles, (guess why???!!!)

During those time Real won 5 straight CL titles and one more 4 years later. At that time The Champions league was nothing more than international tournament played under god knows what circumstances. Partizani of Tirana was participating at the time. That should give you an idea Big Grin

The real competitive champions league started round the 80s and we are the most decorated team since. So we are the true club of the century Sagrin

I wouldn't be surprised to hear about him more often after this tournament.

His and Falcao's price will be skyrocketing because Paraguay and Colombia will top their respective group ahead of Brazil and Argentina.
MILAN! MILAN! SOLO CON TE!

Yeah I was looking up some recent news and I did come across something that said that Milan are in pole position for Pastore. Maybe only the price will be a problem

Unfortunately agree about Inler, he's Pazienza's replacement.

Yeah, their prices will skyrocket, although Falcao is probably already high enough after this past year.

Hope Zamparini drunk something and goes insane just for one week.

Inler is a big upgrade to paazienza imo, i think napoli will get another top 4 finish upcoming season, i dont know what i would prefer more, CL or schudetto, i'd really like seeing the 2nd star and besides as long as madrid doesn't win CL all the other teams have quite a long way to have 7 in their cabinetSmile .. anyways, im slightly less optomistic about our mercato after what's been happening lately with berlu, losing 500 something million euros is a hefty loss out of his company, then again maybe he'll just go insane along with zamparini and say heck whats another 100million for ganso and pastoreBig Grin
The Zebrette are in the CL right ?.
But they want to sell Sanchez Inler is gone , 2 of their best player's.
I'll never understand this practice , qualify barely for the CL then say sell sell sell...SELL!
Surely you'd wait until the next summer to see if it all went Pete Tong.

In other news , I still want to sign Diamanti , any1 agree.
Skillful strong great passer perfect shot..and would be miles better with us than West Ham or Brescia....and he's cheap I want him for the bench.
