How can you say Asian athlete can't compete physically with others. Have you see Park Ji Sung played? Maybe in the past like 20 yrs ago, that argument will stand but certainly not now. If there is a will, there is a way.

Overall physical attributes(combination of strenth,speed,endurance,ability to maintain intensity....) is the unsurmountable barrier for japanese footballer to reach very top.

I'm not a racist,but you got to admit that yellow skin athletes are somewhat inferior.that's why NBA scouts describe some best athlectic prospects potential 'only sky is the limit' or 'you can't teach height'.

So,before japanes player reach substantial skill and tactical-wise advantage, I'd rather choose hamsik,even boateng over honda anytime.

I don't think you know what you are talking about. Asian players particularly Japanese players are very hardworking and disciplined. As for physical attricbutes, Honda is tall, he has a good combination of strenght, speed and stamina

Mexco players are very hardworking and disciplined too. japan and mexco are both more of effort teams rather than talent teams.they use effort to compensate physical inferiority.

I don't question honda's stamina, but his speed is average, strength definitely a weak link.

they are not fast, they just agile and swift B/C they are small.Maradona is fast,and strong.Tevez is relatively fast,and strong.

If they play NBA, maradona is a franchise player, Nagatomo is a good role player.

Messi is not the same playing out of barca's system , & without xavi & iniesta , this midfield even made javier saviola , edgar gudjohnsson seem like extrodinary strikers , real players shine with they're national team since south africa messi has 0 gols in international compitions thats proof hes not as effective in other systems , even cristiano ronaldo , has scored with a inferrior portugal squad who barely lost 1 - 0 to spain ,

- Saviola & Gudjohnsen never looked extra ordinary strikers
- Messi played a key role in beating the Word Champs Spain & scored the winning goal for Argentina against Brazil
- Messi can't be blamed when the support strikers with him are a jerk called Tevez & some one from Napoli (whats his name btw?) & no genuine playmaker, not necessarily of the caliber of Xavi & Iniesta
- The only argument fair is that Messi isn't the greatest of all time, simple because Diego is miles ahead of him & another player that ever walked on the surface of the earth, period.

Who can even doubt messi has sh*t in his eyes. This guy scores +50 goals a season, 13goals in CL and decides almost every big game. He also had 24 assists this season. How in the world can anyone call Messi overrated?

Best prove, he dribbled whole real madrid team in a VERY VERY tight away game in champions league! If he would be a milan player we would all call him by far the greatest player ever!
