Beating Barca is like winning the CL. Just kidding, I think in order t be the best, u must beat the best and as much as any of you hate to admit Barca is the best.
What worries me is not who Milan can sign this year or how they are going to challenge on all fonts, but rather how Juve can spend continue to spend more money in transfer than over the past few yrs without CL football while building it's own stadium.

they probably know they won't be playing in CL anyway given how crap they are so they don't have to worry about the FFP thing 
no really, i don't understand that either...
can you imagine how much more they will be able to spend once they start getting more revenues from their stadium? 
If Jube continues to spend money on Motta, Pepe, Melo and Traore, well, that's good for us. 
Though I'd like them to do well in Europe, as they at least play with Italians.

I agree with you. For me Juve is still the fiercest rival.
To me, Juve's spending is out of desperation instead of having a lot of money. I do not deny that they might be in better financial situation than us in the future because of that stadium they have. But if you look at them right now, their record is so bad that they had to do something to rejuvenize the team or else they are going to lose their position as one of the elites in italy. If you can't play like a championship contender, you might as well spend like one so that the fans can still point to your spending and say "we are still a big team because we spent this much on players!".

By the way, someone suggested we lose Cassano. He provided 8 assists in his current, unfit state, 4 to the 1 in a 1000000 chance Robinho. Do you know how hard that is?

I agree that Juve are the main threat in Italy and it shows from their 25+ (whatever) scudetti.
As for Cassano, I am sure that if he is in the right mindset, we cannot find anyone better to agree a rotation role and have the impact he can have.
Regarding the ruling on the EU spots, I believe it is supposed to be before the opening of the transfer market so before month-end.
As for transfer news, it seems we are linked with a Brazilian 20 yr-old defender called Rafael Toloi for Euro 8Mio!
He must be another Thiago if we are willing to spend so much for a 20 yr-old.
Anybody knows anything about this guy?

We were already linked with this guy last year or a year before. As far as I remember, he is pretty talented according to Brasileiro but his play was still harsh (easy to get YC). If he could play wiser, he could be a quality CB.
That's good if we are linked with him again although I really want to see how Rodrigo Ely deal with Primavera next season and with first team if there is chance for him (last year he already trained with the first team even though he was not Primavera starter but he was the one who was called up from all defenders including Albertazzi).

Don't worry about that. Galliani co. already think about that from what I see their focus getting youngsters. Calvano, Fossati are Italian youngsters who have got best chance to play with firs team in the coming years. With our investment on youth and having a coach who does count talented youngsters, I am sure Milan will have their products play for the first team.
Players included for summer friendly games could be Calvano, Fossati, Valoti and De Sciglio.
