Something tells me this will be a hugely active transfer market in general, not just for Milan. Reason is clearly the Fair Play Rule.
Firstly, I'm incredibly surprised with how much I'm reading about Ibra to Real Madrid. It's clear Jose Mourinho knows his importance, and wants him. I do not want him to go, simple as that. I don't even think it will be worth it to lose him and gain Neymar & Balotelli. Some players in this world are just irreplaceable, and guys like T. Silva, Messi, Ronaldo, Ibra, Rooney, Eto'o are really irreplaceable to their teams. For instance Barcelona did not improve upon losing Eto'o and gaining Ibra. They're both WC.
In terms of midfield & attack, whatever we do, we must not lose creativity. For this reason, Ganso or Hernanes is seeming like a must for me.
In regards to Sokratis, I feel bad he left. I think he has a chance of being a great defender. However, with Nesta, Silva, Yepes, Mexes, he will not see a minute. I am smelling a Strasser, Zigoni, Paloschi combo for Asamoah. As long as we keep keep Merkel...

I thought it was about right. Our rumored bid was around the area too (10-15 million). I heard in general that Brazilian players are more expensive and Argentine players are less so for whatever reason I don't remember.
If true, that is cheap. I hope we don't pull another Hernanes. Following him for quite some time only to lose him when his price was significantly lower. Especially since Allegri, it was rumored, preferred Lamela to Ganso.
Speaking of Ganso, how's his latest condition? Will he be fit for Copa America? And has Lamela been called up to Argie senior NT yet?
I can't wait to see the tournament started. A month full of silly transfer rumors without any competitive game is simply boring.

Fabio Coentrao no longer going to Bayern and is available. Also, apparently Clichy handed in his transfer request to Wenger. Seems as though no one ever wants to stay at Arsenal, at Wenger's uptopian ideas of having a full team of soft 18 year olds doesn't work.
So in short, Coentrao available for €25 M, Clichy available for around €6 M... Hopefully Taiwo can become a top-class LB, I hope getting him for free wasn't only reason we went for him (Flamini)

AC MILAN have signed the second halves of Boateng, Amelia, Strasser, Odu, Zigoni and Paloschi.
A meeting between CEO Adriano Galliani and Genoa President Enrico Preziosi was concluded a while ago and after the meeting, Preziosi made a few announcements about the decisions made in the meeting.
The Genoa Chairman announced that Milan have s igned the second half of Kevin-Prince Boateng for €7 million. The Ghanaian, who was vital for Milan’s Scudetto success, therefore stays in Milanello.
Milan have signed the full ownerships of Marco Amelia, Rodney Strasser, Nnamdi Oduamadi, Gianmarco Zigoni and Alberto Paloschi while Giacomo Beretta is now on a co-ownership deal.
Sokratis Papastathopoulos, meanwhile, returns to Genoa after an unconvincing year at Milan. Beretta is also sent to Genoa after playing a great season with the Primavera team of Milan.
There is still no official confirmation on behalf of Milan as the market is not open yet.

I feel relieved that Boateng is Milan's now.
Amelia is OK for second GK. The comback of Paloschi and full ownership for Straser are long waited.
Genoa don't like Zigoni and Odu and send them back to us, not good but not bad.
Beretta can have some Serie A experience with Genoa while Papa can regain his confidence.
Kudos to redeem Paloschi, a healthy Paloschi can score as many as Pato of this season. (I know both are labelled injury prone for now)

sorry man, but paloschi is not as good as you make him..... and pato should not be an example for any youngster..... pato is a terribly inconsistent player that is injured half the season.... I really dont know if we should cash in on him or not...
cassano, meh, if he wants to sit as a fourth choice forward he can stay... we cant get a better fourth striker, but i definitely don't like his attitude at matches, he is very much like ronaldinho
ibra, phenomenal when on form, absolutely garbage when not on form... not a sign of a world class player
robinho, our best and most consistent performer... links up play from midfield to attack, has capabilities to do everything, but his finishing is terrible....
we do not even have one striker we can depend on for a big game... we don't have any cristiano or messi in our team..... we had Sheva but Pato is no where near Sheva's level yet....
Neymar is definitely the dream for me.... he will be the best striker in the world.....
aficio: galliani already has said it so its as good as official.... papa is 100% for genoa, the rest of the players are all 100% milan, beretta remains 50% and will go to Genoa next year.
I think the deals with Genoa generally worked in our favour. Amelia will be confirmed as backup to Abbiati, which imo is a decent deal, while Paloschi will at least stay over the summer to cover for Pato and Binho. Allegri has said he likes Paloschi in the past and so I wouldn't be surprised if we keep him for the season, as he obviously has room to develop and we know he works well with Pato. Personally, I hope he does stay as he should be useful to have coming off the bench.
Odu and Zigoni will almost certainly be leaving again, although I do wonder if it's on loan or co-ownership, or actually fully sold. Personally, I don't think they have big futures at Milan, so I wouldn't be too fussed either way.
Berretta will be at Genoa for next season, which hopefully will give him space to grow. I really hope he gets his opportunities as he is a player with a bright future.
Finally, there's Sokratis and Strasser. Sokratis going back makes sense, he's been unsuccessful at Milan and doesn't have a future with us. I wish him all the best though, as he has potential to be good, but needs to be given a chance to grow without pressure. Strasser I hope we keep on ownership, although I wouldn't complain if he goes out on loan. He's another with a bright future and really could play a big part in our future. I've been impressed with how he can command in midfield and is stable as he's shown with the Primavera (less so with the first team as he's a junior player).

I'll try my best, although it's best to watch them both. Hernanes relies less on direct moves than Hamsik, who likes to play vertically and push forward into attack from midfield. Hernanes relies more on his passing, like Pirlo, but is more athletic. Both have decent long shots, although personally I think Hamsik's is better and both have decent passing, although Hernanes has a greater range of passing than Hamsik, who plays shorter quicker passes during moves forward. Defending I think neither is brilliant, but both will get involved in defensive duties. Neither is fast, but both rely on other aspects of the game to not slow the game down. Hernanes will make the ball move for him with his passing, while Hamsik likes to play quick short passes more, moving with the team, so he doesn't slow the game down either.
If I was to pick one of the two, I'd say Hamsik as he better fits Allegri's ideas, but both are excellent players.
