He was injured under Carletto. He was injured under Leo. He was injured under Allegri. Why should it be different under Pippo?

LOL. what a miss. to be fair though, I believe that he has been slowly gaining his form back. playing alongside with Kaka seems to have helped.

Surprised no one's mentioned Pato's criticised Milan about his injury problems:

I think his point is fair. During the period he faced serious injury problems, the club regularly had abnormal injury crisis regularly. He was often rushed back numerous times and I doubt it's coincidence. Given since he's been back in Brazil for a while and hasn't had injury problems like those he faced at Milan, I think there was something odd about his time at Milan.

I wish him the best anyway, he seems to be getting his career back on track to some degree, though he'll never be the promise he showed when he joined Milan (I still maintain he's one of the most talented youngsters I've ever seen).

Him and Ganso are worth keeping an eye on at Sao Paolo. With Kaka and Alan Kardec, they've formed a quartet which is rather exciting (Kaka will leave in a few months). Pato's scoring roughly 1 every 2 games, while I must say Ganso's really showing performances of the quality he promised during his earlier days at Santos. There's also talk of them returning to the national team with their performances.

Allegri was really to blame for the amount of injuries, look what he did to SeS and MDS last year.. Hes already broken half the Juve squad already.
