Mario "why always me" balotelli

Balotelli could be sold but not for bids less than 23-25m apparently. Also, Pippo will assess him first and if he wants to use him, he'll be off the market and central to our project.

Dev: I know you're a big advocate of the Balotelli sale. However, we both agree that we don't have anyone else who can really score goals in the team. You also acknowledged how bad our finishing has been so far in the preseason. Do you trust our management to find a replacement for Balotelli if we do sell him? Or would you be okay with our team currently but just without Balotelli?

As much as I dislike Balo, I can not believe that the fucking James Rodriguez is gonna go for 4x that amount.

the guy had 5 good games in his career.

Did you watch him play for Monaco? (Honest question because I haven't..)

James has done well for two years running if I'm correct. He was really good for Porto before moving to Monaco, where I think he's had a good season.

I trust if we sell Balotelli, it gives funds for an adequate replacement. The rumours at this point are suggesting if Robinho goes, we'll push for a RW, while if Balo is sold, then we'll replace him. That should give us an opportunity to strengthen our attack. Of course, whether I trust the management to find a replacement is another matter, I just don't know what to expect from them these days, but I'm prepared to take the risk.

I'd also consider keeping what we have if we sell Balo. Balo for his individual moments of brilliance is a terrible team player and it impacts the rest of the side. While what we have isn't exceptional, let's not forget that in the months before Balo joined, the same group were doing pretty well without him and were well on the way to turning around what had been a disappointing season (the year we managed to get 3rd).

tbh I didnt, but if he was that great I would've at least heard of him before wc. now suddenly he's 88mil€ player? yeah right.

He had a decent season at Monaco tbh, obviously not worth 90m, but I don't think his world cup is as big a surprise as people seem to think. He's been very good for at least 2 years now.

He has been quite good, I heard. Monaco spent 45 million euros on him, so the 88m isn't even doubling that figure. Grinundwech
