Ciro Ferrara was a noob coach, he wanted Diego to lift the team. Well, even Kaka needed Pirlo, Seedorf, Rino, Max, Nesta, Maldini, Pippo,... to "lift" Milan 2007, how could Diego do with a Serie B team?
If he comes, I think LCM suits him better. The team is almost complete, we just need him do the normal job: get the ball, pass it, attack on the left, defend when the right attacks. He can do it.
Let Seedorf go, buy Diego and a gift.
Am I the only one who is becoming absolutely SICK of this Ganso & Hernans fuss & hype? I mean come on guys, every Brazilian is not Kaka   & there are other better options available for AC Milan. I would gladly take Diego, Hamsik or Pastore over either of those evil looking villains of football

I may be only the single person who reject Diego. No Diego please. He is not player a big club need, at least what we need. He is to me just like Aimar, Andreas D'Alessandro, Requelme, etc type of player. Those players were good but not the players suit for big club. Even for 10 million we shouldn't take Diego. Better find other player.

I agree with this. And thing is, like the huntelaar purchase (which was horrendous btW) it's minimal risk. If Diego flops, we won't lose much on a sale....

Raiola according to an interview on goal said he's been working on our "big signing" for almost 5 months now, since January, some idiots commenting think its making the Zlatan deal permanent but that's definitely not the case because we dont need him to work out anything with Barca, the deal is as it stands. Anyways i havve a feeling it will be Ganso,Pastore,Ronaldo or Cesc, one of them.. Ambro said Pastore would fill in the LCM role perfectly after Pirlos departure, could be a hint. But at the same time if it's taken this long to secure it could be a bigger player like Ronaldo or Fabregas// now im extremely excited.
In my opinion, letting seedorf go and bringing in Diego would be a great move, for only 10mln? how can you go wrong..
Siregar i agree with most of those players you mentioned not being a lift to a big club, however I think Riquelme would have been well suited for a big European club
Mzk, Hernanes and Ganso are great talents, they would only be villains to our opposition

very true article, Fabregas and Xavi are the only players who posess Pirlos skill when he was in his prime, if we don't want a Pirlo in his prime(few years ago) to be missed I think Fabregas is our last standing option

Raiola has been working for Milan to get players (players we got in January) for 5 months or for getting stars? IIRC it said that he has been working to help Milan to get players BUT not that he is working since 5 months to bring big signing. Someone should confirm which one is true.
