There was an article on goal ill post it near the end of my post but berlu stated something about him having no limits.. lets hope hes gone mad because of old age and too much money and delivers us a few gifts maybe a nice 150mln budget  probabnly wont happen but this is a good sign that he plans on investing .. im sure we wont be disappointed.

See, thats why I don't understand why some kept saying Milan has a limit budget and that MIlan is poor.....While on the other hand, they still say Milan is a big club and one of the best in the world.
Milan has money, whether you like to believe it or not. At least Milan has the power to spend 100mil on transfer a season, if Berlu wishes to do so. Even if he does not spend that much, with guys like Slowdorf(9Mil), Pirlo(10mil), Janku(6mil), Oddo(6mil), Bonera(5mil)+5mil transfer, Legro(3mil), Roma(2mil), Flamini(9mil)+10mil transfer to some EPL club, and Papa(5mil)+6mil transfer off the books through salary and transfer fees, Milan should free up about 76mil, then you will have the prize money for winning the league. That should be close to 100mil. Not including the money Berlu wants to spend.
Personally, I think Milan should hire an Int'l marketing firm to market the newly crown IT champions and gets more sponsorship deals.
personally i think you all overestimate milans spending power. Milans earnings are published yearly and so are their wages. Milans wage bill is on par with madrid/barca and co. While they earn less than arsenal, bayern etc.
This is my biggest issue with galliani, he renews too many players and gives poor wages. Like it or not serie a is 3rd/4th tier monetarily. Milan are still a big name but must be RESPONSIBLE with there money. This means no 5 mil wages to flamini, no keeping oddo/janku cause they are 'family' and no overspending.
Milan are generally poorly run. I love galliani, but he thinks too much with his heart and too little with his head. Our payroll is 130 mil+ after taxes. Do we have a roster which justifies that? Nah.
The 130mil payroll is fine as long as the team can generate 300mil on its own, whether winning the league or not. Problem is that, a lot of the players are not performing at all. You just can' have someone who makes 9mil a season playing no more than 15 games a season without any injury.
Thing to remember is that, a lot of teams are making money despite their high payroll or high tax, Milan should learn from them instead of complaining.
Our payroll is € 130M before taxes, so what Milan actually pays. Our revenue, according to Galliani, is about € 220M. That leaves us with € 90M, but much of that is probably spent on other administrative aspects. So our transfer budget isn't really all that big. Only with Silvio's personal money can we really go all out in the market, although maybe a bit less with financial fairplay in mind (I'm not quite sure what it entails, though).

I've been watching Porto for numerous reasons this season and Villa Boas is one of them. No doubt he looks like a great manager as he's got a really good team together at Porto, playing a good pressing game with dynamic midfielders. What really impresses me is his team is very well balanced and yet the fundamental gameplan is an attacking one. No doubt he's a coach that will be successful in the future.
That said, that paragraph I've written above could very well be used for Allegri too. The thing is Allegri's done not just well this season, he's been brilliant. I say this because not only has he got the best out of his players (including those who have failed for years now), but he's had a lot to contend with. It's not easy to change the side when your captain (Ambro), Pato and Pirlo have been out with very long term injuries. He's had to go through some critical games without Nesta and yet has got the best of Yepes as his sub. Then of course there's this period without Ibra, who people said the team relied on and has won pretty much every match by totally dominating opponents. The players have done really well, but he's been the one consistent factor throughout our season to ensure we kept competing. This is really hard to do, as Leo found last season when he also faced lots of injuries.
In truth, Villa Boas is a great prospect and it'd be exciting to see him on the bench. However, I feel Allegri's just as great a prospect, only that he's not had much media praise and therefore not as excitable. That said, he's won the manager of the year award for two years now ahead of Mourinho, Prandelli and Ancelotti during that time and there's a fair shout for him to win it again this year.
I was torn between watching the Porto v Villareal 2nd half or a documentary on Sir Bobby Charlton (wish we had a player like him in our midfield!). In the end Bobby won, though i did sneak a few looks at the match and every time i did there was another goal!
Porto are obviously going through a great period right now, they have a good squad with a great balance of players. Boas' next trick will have to be keeping as many of his charges as possible now they've attracted more interest as the season's gone on.
I saw a few flashes of Hulk on the right wing where he looked good (though i heard he, and the team in general, had a poor first half) and Falcao just seems to be Inzaghi mark 2! I hope to catch the return leg next week and see more of their players.
I wonder if we could take both Hulk & Falcao?!
According to rumours, Dzeko wants to join us and his agent has already been in touch with us?! I doubt this to be honest. Would he return to his Wolfsburg days with us or be the slumbering giant he is currently at Man City? I'd be very surprised if Man City let one of their big investments go after 6 months. Plus this would all centre around Ibrahimovic's future with us.
Another rumour links us with Aquilani. With Liverpool seeking to invest this summer, if they don't bring him back they will surely look to sell rather than loan him for another year.
In all honesty, i'd rather see us with a more robust and dynamic midfield (be that a 2 or 3 in the middle) with attacking full-backs than one with a playmaker that can easily be targeted.
Dzeko seems confused or that he is just very polite when asks questions. I think unless he does a Robinho or Adebayor, he will be playing in City, beside City got a good squad with great players.
Aqualini is a no for me, as he is just too much of a gamble. This pas season might be his break out year or a fluke year, and for 20mil or so, he is too much of a risk.
Hulk and Falcao are very interesting, esp., Falcao but isn't he non-EU?
i'd accept Aquilani gamble with loan option...20 m euros on him? No Thanks...
i always said here that how i rate Falcao and he is closest thing to inzaghi...His finishing, movement are amazing...However Porto got him cheap last season...
i like Falcao, Hulk,Fernando, Guarin and Fucile from Porto as well...
I would actually opt for one of Mazzarri, Reja and Guidolin as manager of the year. They have all gotten the best out of their squads. In proportion to what they had to work with, I feel they have all done better jobs than Allegri. That being said, I don't quite know what the criteria for this award are.
Talking about Allegri, I really wonder what formation he wants to work with in the future. Will he ask for transfers to improve our current 4-3-1-2 formation or does he want to change things? I'm not sure what his philosophy is in this aspect, though I trust he knows what he is doing.
The places we really need some improvement are the fullbacks and the midfield. Properly reinforced there, I say we can seriously challenge for the CL next year. I would actually keep Abate as a starter for RB given how he has managed to keep players like C. Ronaldo and Eto'o in check and how he just gets better and better every game. I think many of you will agree on this. We are weaker on the left, however. Looks like we are going for Taiwo (granted he gets his French passport in time) but I haven't really seen him in action so I don't know if he is better than Antonini/Zambrotta and if so how much better.
Allegri's current midfield, as I see it, revolves around Boateng being the dynamic, powerful AMC. I wonder if Allegri will keep this going into the next season. Then behind him there are two defensive players ( Van Bommel and Gattuso/Flamini) and a playmaker type (Pirlo/Seedorf). With the addition of Ganso, I suspect he will take the playmaker spot. Still this midfield doesn't strike me as top notch:

The defensive players just wont cut it. They are all aging, Flamini aside, who however doesn't seem to be all that good. We would really need a box-to-box type player, really dynamic. I can't really give you a name, unfortunately.
