Not saying that Pazzini is better than Pato, but that guy seems tougher (i.e. thicker skin) and may come back anytime. But Pato is just a baby, easily written off.

Pato was a big factor that we lost today's game, and getting replaced at halftime is going to kill his confidence, as little as it was. It would be interesting to see how things unfold from this point on. I personally think that Pato will be further marginalized, and he just managed to make things worse for himself.

The attitude towards Pato at times disgusts me. Apparently, a group of "fans" waited for him after the match as he was looking to go home in his car. The kid missed a penalty and is being hung out to dry because of it. This is the guy in our squad who more than anyone needs to feel supported right now, clearly nervous on the pitch and needs help to get back to being himself.

With support there's hope to see him back to his best more quickly, in a time when we can't really offer much time and patience. Instead, with events like this the kid's confidence will only drop and his fear on the pitch will only grow.

More irritating is it's not like Pato showed a bad attitude, the guy was obviously affected by his penalty miss looking at his reaction on the pitch. Even the best players have missed penalties, it's not reason to react the way these idiots did.

Pato is a top player who can change a game at any time, while Pazzini is just a poacher who only manages to score sitters.

Who signed Pazzini when we didnt need a poacher? 12.5 m euros is waste of money. Add some money and sign a world beater. italian press says that we will sign an attacker in january.

Pato-Pazzini 12.5 m euros, new signing. i doubt we will pay 20 m euros for a player. 9-10 m euros at most.

we had better to sign a top player for 22+ m euros at first instead wasting 12.5 m euros on Pazzini.

He obviously wasn't good enough today. It was supposed to be his type of game (Milan leading the game, Anderlecht allowing huge space for counterattack), but he still failed to impress.

I am glad that he got a goal at the end, which will help his confidence. I am a bit upset that he didn't run to El Shaarawy to thank him for the wonderful assist. Maybe I am overthinking, but could Pato be jealous of El Shaarawy?

I think Pato kind of realizes his goal was all due to SES and let SES celebrate. After all, it really was SES ' goal. I don't think he's jealous... but he's very unconfident at the moment. Who wouldn't. When I got back in to football after a break I thought everyone was better than me and the first few months on the ball made me nervous as hell, making me unconfident and uncomfortable.

I hope that you are right. SES and Pato joining force will be devastating for opponents. The only problem is they are light-weighted, both of them, even though they are already giants compared to the feather-like Bojan.

I'm really disappointed with Pato's comment after the match. Ibra, the elephant in the room, has left; Pippo whose legendary #9 jersey he inherited has retired; the stage was set for him this season. Yet he has been spared the expectation towards Milan main striker mostly because of his injuries and with El Sha's stealing the spotlight he can gradually and quietly work to claim his starting spot with less pressure. And only last week Berlu reiterated the club's faith in him. If you want to play, show your hunger in training sessions and games. What the phuck does "we'll see what to do with my agent" have to do with that?
