This is bad news, i have this feeling that we might pass on Ibra due to his high wage, especially if we decide to buy couple of star players.

Seems like Berlusconi could have spent his money in a better way...

Ibra is just in a slump, he will be back to his best soon. TO be fair, name another striker you would rather have instead of Ibra? Torres? Carroll? Rooney? Eto? or Villa? I would take Ibra over any of them any day.
Cassano on the other hand is a different story.

Statiscally since 2006 Ibra's form has often dropped between February and May (see the article I posted on the Fiorentina match thread), so what we're seeing isn't new.

In terms of who I'd take instead of Ibra really depends how we intend to set up next season. We can play without him and therefore if he was to be replaced, I would consider players who can accept the bench.

I'm not saying we should get rid of Ibra (I think he's a top player and can be very useful to us for another year or two), but my point is just as there are arguments for keeping him, there are arguments against keeping him.

Point is that, Milan would not be leading the league without Ibra. Even if he is in a slump, he is still creating for his teammates.
I think all these rumors about CR7, Ganso, Hernnaes and even anoer big name players had gone to a lot of our heads. As of today, the players mentioned will not be playing for Milan next year. TO say that Milan can replace Ibra is ungrateful. Can u imagine having strikers like Borri or Hunter again after watching Ibra for a whole season?

He is not scoring goals and getting suspension.... Not going to defend his suspension as that was stupid, but u can't say he is not needed for not scoring in a while. It seems like that whenever the a Milan striker is not scoring people tends to believe he is useless and should be sold. It started with Sheva back in 03 when Pippo was scoring and Sheva was on the bench, then with Pato about 4 games ago and now Ibra.

Don't know if you referred to my last post, but if you do, I didn't mean I want Ibra to leave ...

Actually, I think he should stay because even if he is a weird character, the fact is that a guy like him can help a young player like Pato to become mentally stronger (of course, there is a risk that the young player becomes weaker, but it looks like it's not the case for Pato) ...

But I just wanted to have the thought of other members about that idea, if M.City comes with money and Dzeko to have Ibra ...

The only player I won't care if he leaves in our attacking line is Cassano because he hasn't convinced me yet.

Robinho has been confirmed by Berlu who said he likes this boy because he always runs and works for the team. Good news.

So actually, except Ibra himself, nobody in the club has confirmed that Ibra will stay in Milan next season.
