Why doesn't it make sense on the pitch? It gives team with player incentive to play them to drive up value. How often do you see loaned players relegated to the bench?
Italian clubs are a bit backwards with player development so I see how incentive of making money makes a club like Parma or Genoa play the players more.

Are you saying Paloschi is playing more because he is in a co-ownership? Or the opposite, is Boateng playing more for 'club incentive'? (because Milan needs money too, not just smaller clubs). I hope what you posted is never a consideration actually, makes my opinion of co-ownerships worse than it already is.
If you have a player on your squad who is good enough he has to and will play, if loans and co-ownership situations are playing a part in that decision you will suffer in the long run, I can guarantee that.
Co-ownerships deals is an easy way out on judging talents but it is part of football.
Some of you kept saying that Milan needs to pay more now on players they own due to their performances....but the fact is that, if it were for these co-ownership deals, Milan might have just let those players go period. Beside, it does not say that Milan must sign all these co-ownership players back. They can sell them off to other people too, thus making more profits than before.
As for Boateng, thats a special deal.
1st signing: Mexes???? Seems like official to me.
Taking into account that Mexes would come on free transfer, it seemed like a another genious move.
But with his knee injury, it's a risky one now. Knee injuries are always serious. 
I think if Milan backs out of this deal, we will look pretty bad. I think Mexes will be sign but maybe on a 1 yr with 3 yrs options or something.

I think the guy already signed a pre-contract and everything is already done ...
His injury could be a problem for his performances during the first season, unfortunately, but the guy will sign a 3 or 4 year contract for sure.
About Taiwo, someone asked what clubs were interested: it seems Real Madrid would like to get him. They are added to the following list: Bayern, Atletico, Benfica, Fenerbace, and us ... Anyway, Taiwo revealed today that he already knows where he will play next season, before saying it's a joke and nothing is done (weird joke).
Rumours are that he visited Milanello this Monday and will meet the Real Madrid officials next week ... Please Madrid, take him !!

And I know it should go into the fantasy thread, but maybe we should try to take the two friends of Santos (Neymar and Ganso) together ... That would help them to adapt, especially with Pato and Robinho already there. To make that happen, we would have to sell one of our strikers, and my choice would go for Cassano. Ibrahimovic has been too important this season, and having such a star in attack could help Neymar to have time to adapt for example. After next season, depending on how Neymar, Ganso and Pato would have developped, we could then sell Ibra and keep the Brazilian quatuor (and like Inzaghi won't stay forever, we'll need a 4th striker, who said Paloschi ? Or Berreta ? Or any new Italian star ?). Just dreaming ...

If we sell Cassano after this season we will definetly look bad. But I am confident we will not sell him, at least because he is a star of Italy's NT. Image matters a lot.

Except Ibra, I don't see why these players wouldn't agree to be benched ... Pato was benched and never complained, same can be said for Robinho. Ganso will have a sure spot as an AM.
It's all a matter of motivation skills by the coach: if he can make all players feel they are involved in the season, nobody will complain to be benched one or two games here and there ... If he only has one team in mind and never changes until someone is injured, then there will be problems ...
Pato is a raising star, Neymar too with no experience in Europe, Ganso is like Neymar, Robinho is a great but not yet established player, and Ibra is a WC player.
What I mean is that 3 of these 5 players will be on the pitch (Ibra-Pato-Ganso for example), with some good turnover, Neymar and Robinho will easily have as much time as them on the pitch, maybe a bit less ...
If Allegri has managed to deal with Cassano, Ibra, Pato and Robinho, I think he can deal with the younger players.
PS: And what does that mean "we will look bad" if we sell Cassano ? He is maybe one of the most important players of the current Italian NT, but he's not a WC player IMO, not far, but not close enough to be sure to stay in Milan ... And after some good performances in the first weeks, he has done almost nothing ... I'm actually a bit disappointed by his performances, I thought he would play like in Sampdoria, not immediately as he hadn't played for one or two months, but I thought we would see him improve at each game, which didn't happen.

Boateng is quality is young and will only get better.Braida is flying to Brasil to meet for Ganso I hope Fester is going aswell my god I hope fester is going aswell.He has a 54 million buy out clause , thats too much for us and too much for him.anyway its April how can they tie up a deal now.
