I don't think Pato will go anywhere as long as Barbara is dating him and I can't see a woman who is mother of 2 children and approaching 30 years age would let go some one like Pato that easily. So I guess he is staying next season and the season after that.
Argentina will win the World Cup 2022

I think you have a point there, Zeekay. It's hard to believe he'd leave while he is still together with Barbara.
As for Pato being a big investment, there is no doubt. We bought him for something like € 22M. That is in the same range as Ibra and Robinho. (In that approximate time frame we did also spend comparable prices on the likes of Ricardo Oliveira, Ronaldinho and KJ Huntelaar) Add to that his wages which aren't low and you see that for a player who has been injured as much as Pato and played at intermittent levels we have paid too much. It is obvious Silvo and Fester want to secure the investment and get him back on his feet again. Should this fail though, they will likely resort to selling him. The problem is, with Pato constantly being injured, that his market price will continue to drop making it more and more tempting to sell him early on.
For the record the doctor is Frederick Carrick, a chiropractor and professor in neurology. Hopefully he will get the Duck back in action.
That seems the right thing to do at this point. Rather than having him get injury and "recover" and get injury again after half an hour, it is time to look deeper into the issue.
Hopefully we could fully recover him physically and mentally.
I hope so! his talent and skill set is crucial if we want to overcome la liga giants.
