I can't recall if there was ever any player that had played for Milan three times. ATM I can think of Marco Simone, Roberto Donadoni, Ruud Gullit, Andrij Shevchenko who all had quite an unsuccessful return (even though one could argue that Donadoni's return was not exactly disastrous), but three-timer? Anyone knows?

Anybody seen Arsey - Manure? What a game! It was a balanced, fast-paced, full of end-to-end action, where anything can happen. Then in a rare moment of braindead Wenger decided to take Oxlade-Chamberlain (arguably Gunner's best player up to that moment) and sent Arshavin in much to the surprise of Van Persie, the crowds, and even the player himself whose slip a few moments later led to the final goal.

my stream went out in the last 15 minutes or so, and I really couldn't bother to look for an alternative. I was hoping that Arsenal would somehow remain competitive in EPL until at least February/March. If you know what I mean.

Another (probably not important at all) news: Cardiff and Liverpool will fight for the League Cup trophy. Poor Manchester City couldn't beat Liverpool. The second leg today ended 2-2 (agg: 2-3). No, I didn't watch it. It was hard enough for me to watch Napoli-Merda and Barca-Real Merda at the same time.

Chelsea 3-3 Manchester United. Nice game with Manure coming back from 0-3 to 3-3. The two penalties I thought were really soft, particularly the first one. Wellbeck seemed to have dived in the second one.

Entertaining game in general. And I envy the quality of their players.

Yeah, Welbeck did a good dummy then tripped himself into Ivanovic's stretching leg. But it only became obvious in slow motion. When I saw it I too thought it was a clear penalty. Torres sent a beautiful assist but his finishing is just as awful as Robinho's. It's been more than what 900 - 1000 minutes since he last scored. Colossal waste of money!

Yesterday's game between Arsenal - Blackburn was also really entertaining. Someone (Reza?) mentioned how vulnerable Abate sometimes when the play was stretched to our left and he played closer to the CB position. Tonight's game there was a moment when he was drawn too close to Mexes and when the latter couldn't head the ball, the Napoli was left unmarked behind him. Something needs to be done because Arsenal have two wingers in Gervinho and Oxlade-Chamberlain that love to cut inside from the left and are good at exploiting the space between RB and CB.

Antonini was left dead all the time by Lennon last year and Mesbah remains untested. The combination of these two different wingers (Walcott is similar to Lennon) could be really dangerous for us when we meet them.
