Why aren’t we all over Jonathan David is beyond me. 6months left on his contract and is scoring a lot again this season. I prefer Gyokeres or Osimhen, but for obvious reasons they are difficult to get. But J.David should be possible.

We also need midfielders, the level of reijnders and fofana is going down, they play too much, we shoud have alternatives. We should be able to rest them without losing too much quality.

Losing out on CL will cost us as much. Be creative with the payments. They need to seriously act! Our top players cant play every game 90mins.

Depends. With some luck at draws we might go to quarterfinals and earn enough to cover for next season. In case we miss CL. Which seems unlikely to me with Fonseca gone. Fiorentina and Lazio will collapse, with Juventus we can fight. It's "only" half of the season, 4th spot is not out of reach.

Not saying its impossible, but something has to be done. This squad lacks quality and depth, many games are coming on and its been terrible so far, we are still in 8th place!!!

Well, assuming at least some reinforcements are provided. This team is very thin. When you look at bench it brings tears to eyes.
I'm just afraid board will see this recent trophy as "proof of team being capable to win things" and do not require further (bigger) investments.

The issue is we have Bennacer and RLC that should be filling in for Fofana/Reijnders but neither of those two subs are capable. Bennacer can't stay fit and RLC imo is nothing more than a sub. If we don't sign a good midfielder this mercato we better hope Fofana or Reijnders dont get injured.

That signing is urgent as striker. Don't need to get injured, bad form will strike them. Can't play rest of the season at good levels, especially if/when they play all/most of the games. If it happens to both of them at the same time, than we are epically screwed.
