Direct insults aside, I agree Fonseca needs to go. The players have never seemed so demoralized and I've never seen a coach so void of passion and like 'grinta' as they call it in Italy. It's pathetic I don't even like seeing him on that bench. Idk if it's having been a Milan fan for 25+ years or what, but I almost sense by the look of a coach if he's a Milan coach or a moron who's going to get sacked. Fonseca aint got the name face or character to run this team. No logic in that statement I know, but my instincts haven't failed me haha
I wonder if Klopp would ever consider the job. You know the revival of Liverpool all started with him. They almost had a banter era too before he took over.
We need to cash in on Leao ASAP. A few good goals per season isn't enough, he's regressing and has been dog water this entire beginning of season. No amount of goals in Serie A will change my mind. He's a lazy rapper focused moron his heads in the clouds. Send him away ASAP

It will keep on happening as it is still recent and since under him is last time we had success and glory. Either more things need to happen or we need to do better for the comparisons to stop. it is very natural to do this at this point.
to be fair, a lot of discussions and talk about all things are a bit tiresome. Leao walking on the pitch? Calabria not performing for like two years now? can't get rid of player X. we see these all the time.

Maldini had to work with scraps, he for sure made some misses ( a lot ) but thats what you get when you have to make gambles if you dont got the budget. Maldini had to balance the books and build a new team! And thats what he did.
Current management made the same number of mistakes WITH money! All very costly mistakes. They didnt had to balance the books and didnt have to build a new team from scratch. The money and foundation was there to build on.
Give Maldini the same budget and let him cook!
And thats only the work as a sporting ditector I am talking about. We lost a lot more when they fired him!
Players respected him, he was also present at milanello every day. He was the heart and the soul of this club (players/management/the whole club)
Maldini was very ambitious! He wanted to bring this club back to the top. I’m not so sure about this mgmt. the sporting side isnt the most important for redbird it seems. While for Maldini and us it is the most important! We want results on the field
Maybe you van add Mandzukic, vranckx, Pellegri… to your list of players who were all loans with options and who we just send back…

Any sane, world class coach wouldn't, in this current situation, with this type of management. It will be a career suicide. Unless of course there's a guarantee for investment. A concrete, 100% commitment to spend.

You are judging those players based on current situation, Origi was cult hero among Pool fans, for scoring imp goals against rivals Everton and renowed super sub in PL. It is easy now to criticise now when he flopped. For that money Origi made sense as back up for Giroud. FBT was good at Monaco and again for that money he made sense as back up. Maldini worked with limited budget, not his fault entirely. We praise Inter for Darmian, Acerbi when they might have end up in same fate as above two.

Sarri is literally begging to join us! He’s a damn good coach. And has proven to be a winner, and he has the characteristics to be a leader for these players. He has worked with big stars before.
Though its not ideal to take him in the middle of the season, sarri ball needs proper pre season.

Sarri is the logical choice no and, if or but about it. He will be dirt cheap. Sign him on a 1 plus option on 1. I expect Inter to beat us 5-0 this weekend, Fonseca has lost the players and the players are heartless to begin with.
