Yup, it's like in Italian comic book Alan Ford, ref whistle foul over GK, club owner sends envelope to assistant ref, than he runs to main ref and main ref changes his decision into penalty and red card for gk
Btw, guy who send the envelopes is named Pier the Weasel, he owns a tv station and red&black club named "Diavoli" and he's always in the rush before the games to "see the guys and prepare tactics because his coaches sucks". Lol, guess on who's image that character is based on
