Here is a link I found - but that's not where I saw this a few days ago. Scroll down to the piece where he talks about Serie A and the mistakes of the league as well as how to increase revenues.

The fact is that the things he points out are not necessarily wrong. But they are excuses. As always. Everyone could see this coming and all pointed to the fact that it's happening (downfall of Serie A and emergence of PL). But instead of changing and stepping into the future, the likes of Galliani just like to talk and provide excuses. Just like in the case of "Milan vs Juventus". Juventus went from relegation, back to Serie A, to CL finals and grossing 500M+ in revenue...all during the same period where Galliani was just complaining about the situation in Serie A and how we can't compete with Barca and Real and PL, blah blah. All said with the intention of making Berlu look good and furthering his political agenda.

That Calciopoli charade contributed to downfall of Serie A. And nothing is accomplished. Decade later Juventus doing same things all over again.
I'm saying - don't punish clubs. Punish individuals. FA damaged clubs, good players fled abroad, while true responsible persons went almost unpunished. Instead, keep clubs where they are, but send "gentlemans" to jail. Serious jail-time. 10-20 years or whatever is maximum sentence prescribed by law. Next one will think twice, than.

Building in places like Italy is an issue. It goes beyond football. Roma's project delayed and cancelled several times for example. But of course like nefremo mentioned Juve built. Others should be doing it right now, stadiums need to be approved and built faster. With that TV deals will come easier too.
We are all at least partly here because of B&G but their legacy has many negatives. On the pitch and off it too.

Genoa lose again. At least they scored this time, but things win't get any easier against Atalanta in the next game. Is Sheva even going to make it through the January window? The definitely look good for relegation right now. I never cared for Genoa, but I do hope Sheva does well there and they avoid relegation. But part of the problem to me seems to be ghat he's asking them to play football they are not capable of. They try to play out of the back and lose the ball. Concede on their own mistakes. They try to also press high and leave a ton of space to get countered on.

Imo, bad decision by the Genoa management to go for a coach that likes that style. As for Sheva himself, he also needs to recognize that the players he has at his disposal are not good enough to do what he asks of them, so he has to change the demands and the tactics.

A new ownership decided to hire him, if they can't listen to him and get some players for him they shouldn't have hired him. He himself of course shouldn't have taken the risk either and asked for guarantees at least.

I know it would be highly unpopular opinion but I would surely give Bernardeschi a try as he is eaving on a free in summer 2022, he is not the best nor a bad choice tbh. He needs some grinta to perform on regular basis but there is no doubt dude has got talent.
