In my opinion it would require atleast 4 seasons at CL to reach atleast to have a Merda level team with this ownership.

Of course not ,but I see (not particulary here) that big chunk of fans think that's exactly what happend when referee blowed final whistle during Atalanta game.

I agree and that's a bit frustrating when some random fans comment oh why aren't we spending top $ for player A, or player B.

We have to accept the reality that we're not spending $200m or even 100m possibly; thus, our options are a bit limited. Given what we're working with, I think Maldini and co are doing a pretty good job. That's why I tend to dismiss any rumor that links us to any player that is valued above 20-25m. It's just not possible with the current economics. That's why as much as I'd love to get de Paul, I'm not expecting us to get this deal done. And as much as I like Hauge, if by including him we could lower the price to 20-25m, or even include one more player, I'd be on board with that.

Having said that, I think, though we should dream better, but we might have to accept having to scrape for knock-out stage qualification and another top 4 finish. And if we have to take on a couple of older players to ensure that, I'm on board with that. We need to be patient, at least for another 2-3 seasons before we can think of Milan reaching the latter stages of UCL (I'm talking consistent at least QF appearance every single season).

There's just too much gap between our revenues with even the revenues of Inter. I think there might be 200m difference. Barca is on another level with iirc 800m revenues per season. We need to close that gap through UCL qualification AND getting better and more sponsorship deals AND selling one or two players for a hefty sum every single season (ala Lille, Atalanta).

A report on MN says Maldini could take advantage of Milan's rapport with Real Madrid and Carlo Ancelotti linking Milan to discussing Nacho Fernandez, Marco Asensio,Takefusa Kubo ,Isco and of course Brahim Diaz.

It’s only a week since we were linked with Hlozek again, I wouldn’t mind having that kid for Zlatan’s backup. Keep gambling on one young striker annually could mean 10m loss per year and eventual gain in a stable starter.

I'd love Hlozek. Looks the goods but is a risk. Would still need an experienced backup eg. Giroud. 

Kristoffer Ajer more or less confirmed he'll leave Celtic this summer in an interview with Norwegian media. Only one year left of contract. Newcastle reportedly interested at €9m. Don't know if he could be of interest anymore. Was quite heavily linked before.

I think he would be a decent depth signing. Could be a good pickup if we sell Roma. We will need a CB to replace him after all.

A Diaz loan extension, Kubo and asensio would be great pickups. I would even consider Nacho only because we'll need someone for CB for depth for when we sell Roma
