If Atalanta keeps all their players and get a couple reinforcements (even if it's to beef up their squad depth and not starters), I don't see why they can't challenge for the title next season. They are playing some extraordinary football. No fear. Highest gear the whole time, full of intensity, movement and pressing. Good for them.

Roma and Napoli losing is good. Keeps us within range of that 5th position. The difference of finishing 5th and 6th/7th (depending on where Napoli ends up), means we either play EL 2nd qualifying round in mid-September, or go straight to EL playoffs in the beginning of October.

Keeping a check on Inter transfer, they are closing in on Emerson Palmieri and Tonali.

Rumors certainly circling around...but just a day or two ago Cellino said there is no negotiations for Tonali yet. We'll see.

On Palmieri, it was just reported that Conte wants him but I haven't seen anything about negotiations or about them closing in. They are likely to get him to be honest since he doesn't play much at Chelsea and I doubt the fee will be too high (25mil asking price apparebtly, so expect for them to get him for some 15-20 + bonuses) or that there is any competition.

If they spend 35mil on Tonali + 25mil on Emerson + 40mil for Hakimi....that's 100mil. They'll more or less be complete.
I guess they might add a CB after that and if Lautaro leaves, they'll have to replace him.

But they'll look pretty good on paper. Brozovic + Tonali in the middle behind Eriksen. Lautaro + Lukaku up front. Hakimi + Palmieri on the flanks.
Skriniar + De Vrij + New CB (Bastoni) in the back line with Handanovic in goal.

They've also been smart to get squad players like Young, Sanchez and Moses on loans...so i'm sure they'll do something similar again if needed.

Hate to say it....but i'm jealous. On the other side of the city, we don't even know who's in charge of transfers let alone building a competitive squad.

They already earned some 60M from Icardi sale. Vecino+Gagliardini+Perisic+Lazaro+Politano these all sales including some minor sales are enough to fund these transfer. 
Inter are also rumoured to exercise the buy back clause for Zinho Vanhausden who is considered as future of Belgium backline.

One thing which must be noted 4 years ago both Milan and Inter were in some deep shit state both of them were bought by new owners, 4 years on, we are in same gutter and Inter have now established their previous dominance.
