Goodbye to all the Old Guards

instead of paying 120m for SMS, lets simply take clarence back.

Should we rename the thread title to "Welcome back to the Old Guards" ?

Leonardo, Maldini, Gattuso ...
Surely Kaka' in one month.
Even Costa Curta said he could return to Milan too.

Let Nesta live his first season as a coach in Italy (Perugia, in Serie B) and then appoint him as the U20 coach or or as the assistant for Gattuso.
We won't need any discussion for the coach role anymore for years, and we'll be full of the Old Guards in our club !

We could also ask Serginho and Cafu for South America and Asia, Van Basten and Sheva for Europe, and George Weah (we should ask him to retire from his current "job" ... ) for Africa to be our images in the world.

I second this!

P. Maldini back and I cannot think of anything else!!!

[am I Milan enough?]

Fillipo Galli , if not mistaken, is heading back as well?

It now belongs here.

Today Ray Wilkins would have turned 62. A great player from our past and actually one of the early affiliations I had with Milan as he was a co-commentator and pundit for Football Italia in the early mid-90s and always spoke really well of his time with the club.

So young. RIP, Ray Wilkins.
