I am not even sure why we are going for Gazidis. The guy was lacklustre at Arsenal. Signed some shitty commercial deals, fought with Wenger and has barely done anything worthy of note. Surely, we can find someone better.

The stadium project at Sesto San Giovanni area was already presented to Milan during the era of Silvio Berlusconi for a cost that circulates around €270M.

Now Gazzetta says we and Inter are working on a 99 year lease to sort of co-own San Siro with Inter....

As far as I understand the lease can be more generous so the two teams can keep more money but not much different overall. I am sure calcio e finanza and others will confirm sooner or later.
