It's beyound crazy for them to buy us new stadium ,except if they have intention to run club for decades to come.

The management has put in place a plan to renovate the San Siro to fit international standards. The plan will cost €15 million and should be completed by June 2020. [ANSA]

I am not even sure why we are going for Gazidis. The guy was lacklustre at Arsenal. Signed some shitty commercial deals, fought with Wenger and has barely done anything worthy of note. Surely, we can find someone better.

Milan president Paolo Scaroni had several contacts with the management of MilanoSesto project (read more: https://t.co/FaERlMR0I1) to discuss the possibility of construction of private-owned stadium in Sesto San Giovanni commune in Milan [MilanoFinanza]

The stadium project at Sesto San Giovanni area was already presented to Milan during the era of Silvio Berlusconi for a cost that circulates around €270M.

Now Gazzetta says we and Inter are working on a 99 year lease to sort of co-own San Siro with Inter....

As far as I understand the lease can be more generous so the two teams can keep more money but not much different overall. I am sure calcio e finanza and others will confirm sooner or later.
