+1 I really hope Galliani realizes that we need one more midfielder at least.
Hamsik will do. Sagrin

It will only be a disaster if Milan fail to get another MF by Wednesday.

That is a possibility , I hope we can get one well really I hope we can get 2.Sure Cesc/Hamsik/Schweiny/Nasri/Pastore/Ganso didnt happen. But Kaka & Monty can.

It still urkes me that the headlines read Aquilani signs for AC Milan on loan.We must have some moneyz to actually buy a mid.Im glad he came on loan with an option thats good , but another mid for money is surely something that can happen.
Boateng still wants the trequasita role

http://www.football-italia.net/aug26q.html

He is playing very well there, so no real problem.
I don't think Boateng play really well there, he is just fit due to his characteristic (simple play, like to move forwards, mobile, keep fighting for the ball, etc, things really fit what Allegri wants even not the best he could get from a CAM). In addition, we don't have CAM who could play there which made Boateng was the best option last year to play there (not because he is very good CAM but more that there were no competition for that position). Boateng did some good games but mostly he appeared and did very well in some occasions (offensive duties) in most of his games. Other than that he has been only OK or even poor. If he wants to play as CAM, his best role is as substitute. Milan should have player (much) better than him in that position. I hope Aquilani could play better there.
"When Costacurta and Maldini won they didn't celebrate much. They were thinking about winning the next game" - Alessandro Nesta
But he really helps the team, he compensates the old men. Players with better skills don't want to play that hard.

However, I'm waiting for Aquilani. Gattuso is banned and Flamini is injured, so the chance that Boateng plays RCM is high, but for Barca:

-----------------Van Bommel---------------
----Boateng--------------------Aquilani----
--------------------Robinho-----------------

is more effective. Seedorf comes in later.

I hope the transfer is not closed and we'll get a true ACM (I like this abbreviation, more like AC Milan). Big Grin
I had a brief convo w/ a Liverpool supporter today, whose opinion was that letting Aquilani go to Milan was one of the most stupid moves Liverpool have made in recent history....if not ever.

I understand the way many here feel about Hamisik, et al not coming this mercato, and for me, while I am happy we got the Liverpool player on loan w/ the option to buy (THE PERFECT WAY to evaluate a player before spending what many here fail to realize, are increasingly scarce resources) most seem to think we got a useless player.

I refuse to write the player off (as I recall many here doing prior to his arrival) until at least January and even so, depending on how much match time he actually gets.

Let me hasten to add that I too am disappointed that no Pastore, no Hamisik, no Ilner etc etc came (never thought Fabregas was a real possibility), that said, with the fine that Berlu faced, I'm happy we signed anybody we had to find a few Euro for.

now, with Flamini injured, i do expect one more aquisition, though if we dont get him....well...let,s just say I wont be surprised.

What i am VERY happy about, is that we didnt sell anyone to help pay the fine.

I LOVE MILAN
