What matters is how they are now? History and past glory is great but everything starts somewhere. ManCity might be over spending....but I really think Mancini is beginning to fine tune the squad and it is only a matter of time before they make something of themselves in CL. Not saying they will win this year but with their financially backing, they could become the 3rd elite team in Europe behind Barca and Real. When you look at City lineup and squad, they are beginning to cut lose a lot of players and trimming, mind you they still have a way to go but the progress is there.
Not much happen today so let's talk about the greener pasture over the fence
Actually, I think Pellegrini's Real did well with regards to fluid football. It's just that they fell short when they faced Barca. While Mou's first encounter resulted in 0-5 drubbing he showed in their next meetings that his team is steadily catching up with Barca.
I watched many Citeh games last season and they were sooooo boring. I mean what could you expect from the team that played Yaya Toure behind the strikers. Two games into this new season they perform much better. Dzeko looks more and more like his old self, and Silva-Aguero combination is a joy to behold.

Live Updates
* Talks in Liverpool are ongoing, but in Milanello, the first team players are already convinced that Aquilani is part of the team, reports Milannews.it.
* Milannews.it reports that Aquilani, when/if becomes a Milan player, he will be given the No. 14 shirt that he used at Juventus. He previously wore No. 4 and No. 8 but both are used by Van Bommel and Gattuso.

Official: Inter sold Eto for 27M, this guy will earn 20,5 a year.
I'm waiting for this news more than Mr.X related. Inter sell Eto is like Milan sell Sheva, but Inter received only a half of the amount we had 5 years ago, and they don't have a Kaka to lift the team.
Rumor about Kaka: He will go on loan for 2 years, he is willing to reduce his wage by 20%, 40% is paid by Real and the other 40% is paid by us.

ok aqua is ours, he adds nth than depth for me, he was an epic fail for juve, lets hope he remembers how he used to play(that single season he was really good for roma..).
i still prefer montolivo as a player, far better imo, but maybe aqua's role is more needed for the time being.
as for kaka, i would never say no to ricky, even with one foot. He means a lot to milan, i dont like it when people resemble him with sheva's case, shaeva wanted to leave kaka not, thats my view.
and of course i think he would be useful in this milan team.
our mercato is decent since we got taiwo and mexes (i was hoping and writing for those 2 all year long last season.)
el sharaway seems a hopeful choice,
i am dissapointed with aqua.
i hope our mercato is not yet that closed as Gali says.
It is painful to watch Flamini play like this. I don't want a player get injured, especially Milan player, but a new player will help us more.
Kaka is not Mr X he is a Madrid player.Aqua is okay actually hes good..but he is a panic buy they waited for thet Ibra Cassano Binho deal never cam Madrid and City never released any1.So Aqua it is..Flamini needs replacing too.6-7 Months is well all season almost.
