We can sign someone at any time toward the end of the window , but there seems to be no activity.Yellow tie isn't a hard man to find , but as far as negotiations and trying to sign players...There seems to be none .The Aqua/Monty rumours have died down and honestly they'd be a waste of money and wages.I'm hoping for secret telephone negotiations .

Signing players take a day or two as long as Milan is willing to spend money. After all, if Milan goes to Barca with 180mil cash and a 15 mil contract for Messi, do you honestly think Barca will say no.
However, if you go to Barca with 10 mil and a contract of 7 mil a yr for Messi, you really can't expect Barca or Messi to say yes. Vice versa, if a club comes to Milan today and want to spend 120 mil on Silva, I doubt Milan will say no.

Problem is, Milan is by far the poorest club among the top 10clubs in Europe. Actually, when it comes to revenue, I don't think Milan is up there with a mid table EPL side once you take away the income from CL.

That is the problem there a lack of money , which is why I dont think a player for 15-20 will arrive unless its over 4 years well maybe 3.Let alone guys like Cesc Ganso Hamsik.
