Man City are in advanced talks with Milan over Tijjani Reijnders.
Despite renewing earlier this year, there is a feeling of dread setting in about Reijnders’ future, considering the interest already present in him. However, it appears there may not be much more time to be fearful with the inevitable setting in.
I hate the fact that we are turning into a bottom club. Selling our big star just so we can fund new signings. Not keeping them and adding more pieces. And like other's have mentioned, not making the proper use of the money. Selling Tonali and buying junk aside from Pulisic and Tijiani. Now it’s reported that Tate will embrace an Italian Milan. I’m not crazy about his supposed targets (I.e. Piccoli, Lucca, and Cavaiglia). If you’re getting rid of Our best midfielder, one of equal importance must come back. In my opinion, the only solution is Tonali. Ricci is decent but he’s no Sandro. I’m ok with Lucca as a 2nd option I guess. Also bring in Chiesa.
Milan Eye: Negotiations between Man City and Milan for Reijnders are in an advanced stage. Milan have already identified Samuele Ricci as the new key figure in the team’s midfield in his place. €35M deal negotiations with Torino already set up.
Experts are running with the narrative that Italian Milan will mean them caring more about the shirt, don't think that's automatic. There is a difference between having Gattuso on the pitch and having a player like Chiesa. This doesn't mean Chiesa is bad (or good for that matter), it only means the 'Italian leadership' effect is not the same.
Why should the players care about the shirt when the owner and CEO don't? Are the players supposed to break their leg in matches when the owner watches like 2 matches a year and the CEO is constantly hiding somewhere in Europe? We need a strong central figure in management who can unite the team and steer them to the right direction. Maldini did that when he was here, and that helped offset the fact that Elliott was mostly not around the team

Which sane neutral person/player would choose Milan over Inter these days? I'm pretty sure Inter can raise the €30m if they really want him.

Could have been better, but lessons learned. Get CBs from Serie A going forward, even if, I think Pavlovic will come good.
RB: Disaster! They made the choice of Emerson, and he's been atrocious. They then tried to sell him mid-year and he got injured. They tried to fix the situation with an expensive loan for Walker, which has also backfired and has been a waste of money.
CM: Fofana. Neither here nor there. Decent player, but didn't solve our biggest needs. They banked on th3 fact that Bennacer was going to be fit and get back to form....but it didn't happen and we've been left really thin in the middle yet again. They misjudged the situation big time. The midfield currently is a dysfunctional mess, with only 1 player that's really performing up to standard consistently (Reijnders).
ST: another disaster with Morata. Sure, he came off a good Euro perfoance...but he wasn't what we needed. We needed a goal scorer. Instead, Morata spends more time in the midfield rather than in the box. They tried to fix the situation with Gimenez, but too little too late. Im not even gonna go into the Jovic mess, where they gave him an extension and then tried to sell him 2 weeks later.
All in all, I think they relied on Fonseca's demands too much. That's the thin line you walk when you try to give a coach players he wants. Rumors were that Emerson and Morata were Fonseca's demands. It makes sense, because they tried to get rid of them as soon as they fired Fonseca. In the winter market, they did the same thing again with Felix and Conceicao (probably influenced by Mendes), and thay hasn't worked out as well.
shouldn't even been bought in the 1st place, he show he is not the striker we need when he played for juventus or atletico, he never was a fox in the box that could create havoc for the enemy team, and the one we being link right now shows we have no direction, rather than choosing players 1st, choose the coach 1st, confirm it 1st, either conceicao gone and replace him or stick with him, if we replace him, who? not picking players 1st or selling players 1st, the one we need to sell is theo and leao at this moment, not reijndeers, we need to build around him imo, but if we have to sell him for big money, i hope we invest it into the right players not just ricci

As reported by DAZN, there is a high probability that tonight will be the final game that Leao and Reijnders will wear the Milan shirt.
IMO if this happens, Conte needs to be brought it. With the sale of Tijiani, Milan fans (especially the ultras) will start a fire at casa Milan. To calm things down, bring in Conte and try to win us that second star. We all know he doesn’t stay long. Sign him to 3 years, then go to Italiano or someone else.
