True, that kind of stuff should have been done to them when they were young by their parents. It’s the reason kids are soft and disrespectful now. Parents are too lazy to discipline. In the words of Tony Soprano, what’s happening now if you can’t do a little tarantella with your kids
Camarda's loan to Monza could be for 18 months, but with a clause that allows us to recall him in June.

No, he did not do that on regular basis, just at rare opportunities when he was enraged on his players. It was not measure of motivation, but measure of "punishment", again - not every time when they play badly.
Not to deploy 10 whip hits after every lost game, just to bring in character who know how to deal with primadonnas. What we have now is bunch of wild monkeys roaming around the dressing room, screaming and kicking as they please. Bring someone who will domesticate them Big Grin
Avaiting for arrival of exorcist into our boardroom.

That is an excellent arrangement. But I was truly hoping to see him score this season.

Add a wild monkey for a coach to that group and then there's the complete chaos... We need someone who can bring order in a civilized way.

"Pulisic, Morata and Theo among Milan players unhappy with Conceiçao – report".

So Pulisic too? The list goes on and on. Nice... For a coach who was hired for 18 months (with a termination clause after 6 months).
This team requires a coach with similar personality traits to Ancelotti. Calm and composed and rarely loses his temper

That is part of the problem. We have coach who is not able to impose authority over players (lack of reputation, respect etc). Because of that, he needs to be backed by club. Any form of questioning his decisions needs to be punished by salary deductions. Most drastic cases should be sold (like Morata, it seems. don't know yet if it's truth) or removed from team (as Gattuso did to Bakayoko, Montolivo etc). Make example out of few guys, others will fall into line, as soon as they see there is no such thing as being "untouchable".
If club is not ready for that kind of "sacrifice", replace him with coach who can bring order. To learn players about discipline and consequences. Is that way going to be more or less "civilized", that is to be determined based on levels of defiance from the monkeys.
Fact is that we have problems with discipline. Problem caused by spoiled brats having way too much protection and freedom. And suffer no consequences. If they're utter crap on the field, they have no right to complain about being substituted, they have no right to go to concert if they're told not to etc. They will go when they deserve it. Because if they act as spoiled kid, then they will be treated as one. Which means being "grounded" at age of 25 or 30.

They need a father figure like Don Carlo, because when they were little boys their dads went to the store to buy milk and never came back.
Nah...they need to keep theirs heads down and start bleeding on the field for this team.
Di Marzio: Tottenham are in advanced talks to sign Tomori from Milan for €30M.
Dont mind selling Tomori. But expect our management signing someone worse! They are shit at buying players!
