His top form was CL 2005/06. Since that his form started declining and rapidly one-two years later. From my perspective, it is about motivation. There was a picture comparing how Ronaldinho's body looked like 2006 & before compared with 1-2 years later (which showed he was fatter than in the previous years). We can't expect much (the real value) from unmotivated person, not only in football but also in all aspects of life.
