If this management doesn't change, I am willing to bet that whoever we replace Leao with will be even worse, and that Leao will shine again elsewhere. We are turning into what Inter Milan was in late 1990s. They turned every superstar into crap. But there is absolutely no hope this management will go away, so we are pretty much doomed.

The only place leao can shine is a team that is loaded with talent and he is left open and given a lot of space etc etc etc.

I can see Leao doing very well again in a serious team playing 4-3-3. His time here is over.
Hope we can get some decent money for him.

I feel Leao have lost an inch of pace. There is something less certain about him taking on players. But most of all I believe he lost motivation.
