Believe it or not, Aston Villa was the former European champions, and I am not talking about just UEFA Cup or Cup Winners' Cup champions. Aston Villa's today can well be what Milan will be in the future, if this type of mismanagement continues.

It's been quite an eventful weekend. Atletico won La Liga after 18 years and Wenger's Arsenal won their first trophy in 9 years.

I am kind of happy for Arsenal. They are one very interesting team to watch.

Good luck to him, though I must say Spurs isn't necessarily a choice I'd have gone for.

He's definitely gonna need it working for a rather trigger-happy boss like Levy. There are some overpaid, underachieved players there that could be useful for us though. I read rumors that Seedorf was linked to Spurs job. Galliani must be heartbroken now that he will have to pay up.
