4-2-3-1...Defensive Line...De Vito as LB, Samprisi as RB...Strasser no11 Santonocito No 5 then Calvano, Fossati and Verdi
in attack we see Berretta as lone striker...
Santonocito was more impressive than Strasser in this game... Creative trio, Calvano-Fossati-Verdi looks good.
Calvano scored a great goal. He is creative and fast...
weird position to see Calvano. He's usually defensive mid. Well he's an all around mid to be fair.
I still think he has most potential in primavera. He's only 17, was starting at 16 in primavera. He has the body to play professional. Big kid, fast, active, skilled

if i were Stroppa, i would play Fossati at CM and make him ready for first team. i dont see his future at CAM... (at Milan) considering we probably will sign Ganso or Lamela for that position...
Calvano, i have a feeling that he will be useful for us at midfield trio... strong and fast...His dribbling is good. 2 way midfielder...

Verdi looks thin for first team...He has to work on strentght and work rate for instance...But Calvano is more ready than anyone to first team...
Merkel and Calvano at midfield trio...

From the few games I watched him, he was indeed very impressive. But I don't think we were ever seriously linked with him.

Yeah Fossati will eventually move to CM. Most of year he's been used in 3 man CM as most advanced one. Sort of a fabregas esque role.
But eitherway, it's most important he plays. Pirlo, Aquilani, Montolivo all played that same position in youth ranks.
Verdi, I think he'll eventually be there. He's good, but it's going to take him time. Usually players like him, have a 2-3 year adjustment period because of physicality of serie a
