Anyway my two cents on Nasri, while he tends to attack from the sides of the field, he's not really a winger IMO. Walcott is a pure winger while Nasri (and Arshavin for that matter, who was a great treq on his Moscow days) can play any attacking role in midfield.
Pretty much like Seedorf. He often plays wide as LCM but he's not really a winger right?
But Nasri has never managed to become the main player of Marseille or Arsenal ... I don't see him in Milan, I don't think he would fit to the Italian football and I doubt he's good enough for us. He's not what we need.
And even if he started as a pure CAM in Marseille, since he's been in Arsenal, he has only played as a winger/wide attacking midfielder and it's the way he is used with the national team too. It's by playing in that position that he has improved the most. There is no key allowing us to say if he would perform well again as a CAM.
