Problem is that I don't a reliable scorer would cost less than 40mil these days.
Even if he does not have mental problems, Mario is not a proven scorer.
Dzeko seems to disappear playing in ManCity.
Adebayor will be a Real striker and he is not a true proven scorer.
Benzema will probably stay in Real unless Real gets Neymar.
Neymar should stay away from Serie A as his game can grows so much more if he plays in La Liga.
Villa is a proven scorer but I doubt he would leave Barcelona.
Hulk and Falcao are interesting but they really have not play in the big stage yet and with their recent form, they will cost at least 30mil. While EPL clubs will probably think thats a bargain.

So I guess, if you are betting your dollars on guys like Milito to regain his form, or bet on Amauri to become a better version than the Parma Amauri instead of the Juve version. There just ain't that many proven scorer out there.
