So the tax rate is not 100%, it's 43%.....still astronomical, and I'm surprised the clubs pay it and don't pass it on to the player as they should. In America, the player pays his own taxes.
As for the Mercato, Van der Wiel is excellent, but the LB is the problem. Perhaps Abate can be our RB, a great RB. Next we need a LB, which is of the most importance IMO. For that, Taiwo ONLY if we have 2 NON-EU's, but I really want Coentrao.
About the stadium talk, I agree, I'd love out own stadium. Perhaps a stadium which is build and has the look of San Siro!! However, I think 60,000 seats is good enough. Even that is very big. Barcelona sell out their stadium which is huge, but we do not. Most money is made from TV nowadays, but selling out a 55,000 or 60,000 capacity stadium which WE OWN would be great income, and the pitch would be in better condition as it would be played on less than San Siro...
Axctually it's the same thing: it's either you give the whole salary to the player and he then pays the tax, or you give the "salary after tax" to the player. In both cases, the money comes from the club and the player keeps the same salary at the end.
