You have to know Montpellier is a small club with a small/average budget in France, well was a small club, Nicollin is their president since ... so much time, and there is some stability there.

What this club has achieved since 2011 is amazing, and they have tried to make some money by selling Giroud in Arsenal, Yanga Mbiwa in Newcastle and by qualifying in CL.
Of course, Nicollin is a weird/funny character, he says things to make the buzz, to make medias talk about his club (last buzz : Maradona becoming the coach of Montpellier next season ... which won't happen, of course ... Instead, he could take Domenech ... Which would make some buzz in France) but his club is quite serious. Nicollin would die for his club.
Zamparini is richer, he is also just crazy and has no idea how to run a football club. You can't compare both guys. For one, the club is his passion since the start, for the other, it's just a toy.
because Nicollin pissed me off for saying that we should give them all the money we received for the sale of Thiago Silva for Mbiwa; also because that he recently said that he would invite Maradona to coach.
I just dislike him very much, but I must admit that I don't know him that well, so whatever you say about it, I will listen.
