At the same time this is futbol and there are a LOT of different types of supporters. Some as we see are pretty ignorant. This sort of (over)reaction by KPB will only instigate those with hatred to get a similar sort of reaction out of him.

Without this reaction or overreaction as you claimed, nothing will be changed. I don't deny that Boateng will now get more attention and become the target for more ultras, but he takes a personal risk for the collective good. Intentional or unintentional, I think it is very brave of him.
