I have to disagree on El Shaarawy. I think he is a very talented player. He is a modern day attacker that moves around a lot and works for the team. He helps out defensively and is hard to mark when in attack. He makes a lot of runs and works hard opnening spaces.
He doesn't possess all these crazy moves or dribbles on the ball but he is effective with what he does and is a very useful player, especially at his age.
There isn't many players that are his age and that are better then him. He plays for Milan where the demand is very high and where people demand a lot. You yourself said in your post :"When did he change a game this season, or last season". Yet you are forgetting that he is 19. You are asking a 19 year old to change our games yet you aren't focusing on all the things he does right when he's on the field.
I thought he had a great game against Udinese and was exeptional after he came on against Anderlecht. That was a game that he changed, meaning we started playing much much better with his movements. He didn't change the score, if that's what you mean...but he brought positivity to the side.
Point me to other 19 year olds that play under the same ammount of pressure that he does, and do better then him. You might find a few and argue a case, but it's not going to be that many.
And about the facebook thing. Come on. Let's not be silly. He's 19. He is fit and works hard. (you can see that by how much he works on the field and how he runs nonstop working for the team) That's all that should matter to us. This facebook part should not even be a part of the discussion.
