I don't blame Moncada, young players don't get the chance. Many of Moncada signings were highly successful after leaving Milan, i.e Kerkez, Jimenez, Djalo

I agree. I think Moncada is actually a good scout. It’s not his fault if Milan coaches don’t give the young players a chance.
