Exactly my point...Maybe he is not the player we though he would be. But who cares people still value him..if Pastore was valued at 40 and Sanches at 40, Pato is worth at least as much. Paris SG offered 28, but it was rejected in a blink of an eye.
Why should we risk it. Either trust him and hope he regains his confidence and become a real 40 mil player for us...or sell him while he is a priced asset.
You do not loan a player of his worth and capabilities, nobody does it and for a good reason

EDIT: Balloteli was valued at 35 mil and he was much more troubled than Pato is ever going to be. Aguero,Silva 45mil.
Asking for Pato 40 mil (its unreal, I know) but thats how the market dictates it.
